Intelligent Software receives Federal and State Government grants (Feb 10)
Intelligent Software has received a total of $74,000 in Federal and State government grants to further develop and commercialise its advanced SimulAIt simulation platform.
The Federal Commercialisation Emerging Technology (COMET) grant will assist Intelligent Software to further "productise" its SimulAIt platform, enabling users to access and run detailed large scale simulations online via a web browser. The grant will also be used to assist with capital raising.
The South Australia's Tomorrow Start Grant will be used to purchase computing resources to enable ever larger scale simulations to be run by users. SimulAIt has already been used to simulate up to 2 million households to inform environmental policy decisions.
